Everyone knows that fitness is good for you. But at Jab Boxing & Fitness, we make it fun — and we’ll help you find a class that works for your lifestyle and personal goals. Whether you’re new or a seasoned veteran, we’ve got what you need to get back in the gym and feel great. As a new Boxing Gym in the Mundelein area, our head coach, Greg, has over 15 years of experience teaching classes and coaching competitive athletes. Jab Boxing & Fitness is a place where anyone can come and join in on the fitness fun. We want you to leave feeling better than ever. Showing up can be the hardest part. Let us take care of the rest.
Kids Boxing/Kickboxing
Kids are taught the basic fundamentals of boxing and kickboxing. This class has an emphasis on cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work, partner drills, pad work and core strengthening exercises. This class has been designed to provide self-defense tools and improve self-confidence while keeping the kids physically fit.


Cardio HIIT/Advance Fight Conditioning
In this class you will do various levels of conditioning prepare your mind and body to be in fighting shape. Even if you are not looking to get into the ring, this workout will challenge you.
Adults Boxing/Kickboxing
In this class you will use basic punches, combinations, footwork and beginner defense techniques. Outside of the fundamentals, you will get an excellent workout through drills, exercises to improve your conditioning and gain muscular endurance. Our fitness class is beneficial not only for those looking to build a strong foundation in boxing but also for those who wish to improve in other sports, overall fitness and health.
